Cardiotech Services represents the coming future of the Veterinary market. It combines the technology developed for the human market, the need in the animal market and translates it to use in both. Research, diagnostic and medical products were initially created for use in the human area but further research showed an exploding need with the Veterinary client as well.
Our product line begins with the research and diagnostic field of AGP testing. This test is used as a preclinical marker to evaluate immune stress in both humans and animals. It is used to monitor a variety of species for infectious, malignant, nutritional and environmental factors and to provide measurable response to treatment and prognostic indicators of treatment.
Other products available from Cardiotech are Hydraheal, a treatment for cracked heels, rundowns, cuts, scrapes and abrasions in the Equine athlete and the Pleasure horse. Also available is Equicine, a topical lotion for treating soft tissue injuries and joints in the horse including hocks, stifles, back and shoulders. We also provide onsite Electrocardiograms (ECG) for pre-purchase exams and for the horse that is exhibiting poor performance.
